Prior to delivery, the truck driver will send a notification via SMS or email to provide a precise delivery time window. This allows customers to set aside time to receive the package and ensures that someone is present at the residence to sign for the delivery, thereby effectively preventing issues such as missed deliveries, return-to-sender incidents, or the need for redelivery attempts.

VII. Order Cancellation Policy
